OFFICE REOPENING NOTICE:
COVID-19 UPDATE Effective 2/8/2021
Our office is operating under normal business hours and providing all routine and urgent services. We have strengthened our already stringent standards of disinfection and require all staff to wear masks.
During this time we request that our patients please reschedule if any of the following apply:
*You have experienced any symptoms of COVID-19 within the past 48 hours (fever, cough, shortness of breath, new loss of taste/smell, sore throat, etc.). – If you enter the office with any symptoms you will be asked to exit.
*You have been in close contact with a person who is confirmed COVID-19 positive within the last 14 days.
*You are under isolation/quarantine because you may have been exposed to a person with COVID-19 or are worried you may be sick.
*You are waiting on results of a COVID-19 test for yourself.
Changes we’ve made to protect our patients and staff include:
*When you enter the clinic, please be sure to check in at the front desk to receive further instructions.
*To comply with social distancing, patients should bring no more than one other person to the clinic with them when necessary.
*It is helpful to send photos of front and back of all insurance cards – both medical and vision plans. Email advancedeyecare@midconetwork.com or text to 701-757-2121.
*No one is permitted entry without a mask or cloth face covering over the nose and mouth.
*All copays are due at the time of the exam.
*The Optomap retinal photos ($39) are now required for each patient over 5 years old as part of a comprehensive eye exam. This allows the doctor to check eye health more efficiently without long-term, close contact.
*You may be asked screening questions more than once by phone and text message. We appreciate your patience as we try to keep everyone safe.
